The hotel was in an amazing location, by mountains.

The time I spent there was restful. Booked a room with incredibly beautiful views of Llevant mountains. The staff were very-very nice and the setting was amazing and stunning. It took only 10 minutes to walk to Lower Bisterne Farm bus stop.

The accommodation provides a lovely view of the garden and is equipped with convenient amenities like an electric kettle, a fridge, and glassware; the staff members are extremely friendly and pleasant.

The beautiful view from our villa was impressive, and the setting was amazing, very close to the restaurant and Mallorca.

The rooms here are absolutely perfect and beautiful, with down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows.

Our stay at this incredible place was absolutely mind-blowing! The property is simply jaw-dropping with stunning architecture and beautiful surroundings. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable - they were friendly, flexible and kind. The food was delicious and made with fresh, local ingredients. We loved the thoughtful touches, like the congratulatory note and fresh fruit upon arrival, and the breakfast packed for our early morning flight. The room was beautifully designed and impeccably clean. We were sad to leave, but already planning our next trip back for our anniversary. I can't recommend this place enough if you're looking for a perfect, relaxing stay in Mallorca!

As a senior woman, I absolutely loved the beautiful decoration of Es Racó d‘Artà. The attention to detail in the interior design was exquisite, creating a cozy and elegant atmosphere throughout the hotel. The general areas were well-maintained and easily accessible, making it comfortable for senior people like me to move around without any issues. I appreciated that the hotel took into consideration the needs of older guests, providing a safe and enjoyable environment.

If I were to suggest one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be to have more assistance available from the staff. While the children working there were friendly and helpful, it would have been even more comforting to have more personalized attention and assistance specifically catered to the needs of older guests.
